The Release that just never releases. The link above will show you the email sent to the UBISOFT customer base. Market Place tells the full story with no new downloads. UPDATED: DLC is now available at 800MS points rather then the email stating 400MS points from Ubisoft. We want answers!

Update:
Just after close of business Monday when the release was posted to be updated the forums close and the users still left in the dark with no information about whats gone wrong. | This forum is closed for maintenance. |

Update: Id just like to add that the forums arent powered or hosted by ubisoft. Eve has taken them down for maintence as other boards were experiencing issues and they provide no warning as to when this would happen. As for the current issue, the forums down is merely bad timing.

Forums are now backup and running and people are not happy. Seems Kimi didn't get to release any information and the UK forum manager says tomorrow is the release date. Believe it or not. i know i refuse to hold my breath for it.

Outcome:
First James requested i contact ubisoft, i explained i had attempted to gather a responce and result with ubisoft and none was achieved.
I requested a responce from xboxlive as to my 400ms points. I was told market place price could not be changed and no credit could be issued.

Donna requested copies of the email and screen captures also links to the forum threads.
Please note the Same email and complaint has now been forwarded to the Office Of fair Trading in Australia.
I will keep everyone posted as it all unfolds
